Why are you excited about #ThreadsBySB?

Threads is an exciting venture of the future, inspiring young vibrant entrepreneurs to pursue their calling in the fashion business. I’m honored to be a part of this wave of excitement and growth of our fashion industry and looking forward to aiding these upcoming entrepreneurs with the financial skills and business skills they will need to become globally successful in their craft.

What are you expecting from the entrepreneurs?

I’m expecting to be presented with various questions of their day to day operations and future ideas for their business and thus be able to provide added guidance and value-add to aid them in their entrepreneurial journey.

How do you feel you can support them?

I am an entrepreneur myself and in the many years that I have been in business, as well as my educational background and vast experience working in global corporate organisations. I have accumulated a vast base of skill and knowledge, as well as hands-on expertise which I can provide to support these entrepreneurs”

What does leadership mean to you?

Leadership for me is knowing the way, it’s going the way and showing the way while taking your team on the journey and being part of the process. Leading from the front while being part of the team, it should never be about titles or designations.

What is your favourite business quote?

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. – Steve Jobs
